Refund Policy
- Returns are accepted for 14 days
- After this notification, the customer has another 14 days to actually return it.
- The refund should take place within a maximum of 14 days.
- Customer takes care of return shipping and associated costs
- For audio and video recordings, computer software, and products that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason, provided that the seal has not been broken. When the seal is broken, your order is final and cannot be returned.

You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the store are for your own account. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning it.
